Personal and Professional care
I offer an free 15min initial consultation where we can explore the reasons that brought you here to therapy. We can discuss what issues you are experiencing, what problems may be presenting themselves to you, and what your future goals are to work towards together. It provides you with the opportunity to ask any further questions. It will be fully collaborative. It gives you the chance to talk and I listen so we can form a tentative schedule and treatment plan. These plans will be fully flexible and may change frequently throughout therapy in order to meet your best interests.
Therapy – I am sure you have heard many people discuss the subject, both positive and negative, likewise with hypnotherapy and you may be apprehensive about what is offered and what to expect.
Therapy is not the same for everyone, the treatment plan for you will be different to another person to match your specific requirements and needs. We will agree this treatment plan together, with you being autonomous on your future goals and aspirations. My focus is on providing a professional, safe, comfortable and relaxing environment at my home where you feel secure and comfortable in order to do this. I am purely your facilitator, I will be there with you at the start of your therapy story and I will help you all the way to the end of your therapy story.
Studying with the National College of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy enables me to offer a full integrative approach to your therapy. This means that I am not siloed in my approach and can utilize different styles of psychotherapy to best suit your requirements. The approaches that I will use within sessions range from CBT, transactional analysis, client-centered counselling and even solution focused therapy. The approach I use within the sessions will be mutually agreed and I am not here to judge you or to tell you how you should feel or behave. I provide you with the autonomy for your therapy and the sessions are led by you, my role is to help you achieve what you desire.

I am also contactable via my email, mobile or my Website. I will process all enquiries confidentially and there will be no further obligations on you following the contact.
My appointment times are flexible and I can offer therapy sessions face-to-face or online either during the day, evenings and or at weekends to suit your requirements.
I do offer reduced rates for anyone who is further education, financial distress or in receipt of any disability benefits. However, I can only offer a limited amount of sessions.
TAKING YOUR NEXT STEP
Within the initial consultation we can discuss your issues and your goals, we can then make a tentative treatment plan, in terms of the provisional amount of sessions that will be required. This however is fully adjustable and will be tailored to meet your demands and needs. There is no obligation to attend a minimum amount of sessions, neither do I promote a longer treatment plan than is required. We will review progress within each session and my goal is at helping you to achieve beneficial and ongoing change.
